I keep these lists because sometimes I don’t find what I’m looking for, sometimes I go blank when I walk into a record store, sometimes I need to revisit music I thought sucked 6 months ago, sometimes I hear a song while driving that I want to remember, sometimes people know more than me , sometimes storage limitations within my brain prohibit excess title and artist information, and sometimes it’s my birthday and I want everyone to know exactly what I want.
