My collections start in two different ways...either i’m started out by my best pal Simone, who over the many years we’ve known each other, has sent me silly things i love and cant throw away....we live in different cities..so i first started collecting her when she sent me postcards...they were always hilarious to me and i simply couldn’t throw them away. From there it went to “starter kits” she would mail me like the coffee cups found in thrift stores that say “Bill” or “B” on it...the Piglet Heads are a recent addition to my” found” collections.. they were caps to bubble baths...the other way or reason i collect items are for “future art projects” ... so far i’ve only built one diorama, but i have a full scale plan of taking over the world with them someday so i collect things that will form patterns....like beer bottle tops or the NesQuik chocolate milk tops...
